The Banyan Hive house

A young couple of two kids approached us to design a three bedroom house across a plot area of 2520sq.ft located in the Residential Outskirts of Hosur.

The Main Idea behind the house is to keep it more open with enough Natural light and Ventilation throughout the day. The courtyard has been designed with a Wheeled Skylight and a Banyan tree abstract framing the backdrop. This becomes the main central core of the house based on which the entire program has been designed. All the Living, Dining, Pooja, Bedroom has been opened carefully to the central landscaped courtyard which keeps the more visually connections and conversations across different spaces and levels.
